Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, so if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

Return Shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Exchanges
If you’d like to swap for a different size or item, we’re happy to help. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your exchange. Any additional shipping fees are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, reach out to us with your order number and photos and we’ll sort it out.
